The Global Startup Labs program is designed to teach students the skills necessary for starting a tech startup. This is not a typical class - it’s an intensive boot-camp where students will work in teams to develop and ultimately launch a web-app startup business. The course ends with a pitch day - when the teams will pitch their startup and prototype to potential investors. The expectation is that teams will continue developing their startup ideas after this course ends. The course is offered in partnership with ITMO University in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
