Sophie was born in Taiwan and is a 2018 MBA candidate at MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to Sloan, she was educated and trained as an engineer, publishing patents in chemical and energy space to create cleaner and safer solutions. She takes her opportunity in Sloan to learn more about entrepreneurship and innovation where she helped an Israeli startup on fundraising strategy and spent her past summer in Tesla to work on supply chain management for Model S and Model 3. She enjoys learning from new people and new culture and is excited to visit Sao Paulo for the first time!
