Welcome! GSL is an MIT program aimed at fostering technology entrepreneurship through startup incubators in emerging markets around the world. By running workshops on customer development, entrepreneurship, and web/mobile technologies daily from June 24th-July 29th at Wits University’s Digital Innovation Precinct called Tshimologong, our goal is for participating teams to gain knowledge, secure revenue and develop working prototypes by the end of the program. A typical day in the workshop will consist of technical and business lectures, project teamwork, and speaker engagements. The program will culminate in a Demo Day where teams will pitch their new products and business plan to potential investors.
