FabLab Rwanda is a hardware innovation centre in Rwanda that enables inventions by providing access for individuals to tools for digital fabrication. It also provides a space for individuals to turn innovative ideas into products specifically in the hardware and electronics domain. As a result the space offers a platform for capacity building and integration of hardware skills with software knowledge bringing Rwandan innovators closer to the Internet of Things era. FabLab Rwanda also provides a space for collaborative community, knowledge base and innovation business model guidance with a core focus of increasing Rwanda’s competitiveness in Design, Engineering, Electronics, Fabrication and High-Tech innovative businesses.
