Srijan Kumar is a IIT Kharagpur graduate (2013) from Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering. He is heading to Univ. of Maryland, College Park for his graduate studies, in the field of Machine Learning. Srijan is a co-founder of Crowdbeans (http://www.crowdbeans.com/), which develops a platform for mobile app testing and analytics. CrowdBeans was adjudged as one of Top 5 student startups by Tata NEN. Srijan is also the co-founder and CTO of CloudStrap Inc. (http://www.cloudstrap.in/), that aims at providing solutions for merchants and shoppers. CloudStrap secured the third position in a national Business Plan Competition organised by FIIB Delhi. Srijan has authored a couple of research papers in the field of Digital Microfluidics and he was also a reviewer at ICECCS, 2013. He interned at SUNY Buffalo, where he worked on extracting human silhouettes in videos and at IBM India Research Lab, where he worked on content based location tagging of a tweet. Srijan likes to solve sudoku puzzles and he is a dramatics enthusiast.
