Nicole holds an MSc in Management Studies from MIT Sloan, and an MBA from HEC Paris. She has two years of consulting experience, advising large private and public sector clients on their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies. At MIT Sloan, her research focused on the development of market-based policies and approaches that organizations can apply to sustainably reach developing markets. Her thesis is titled Comparative Analysis of Market-Based Approaches to Health Delivery in Rural India.
