Aakriti Shroff is an undergraduate at MIT interested in majoring in Computer Science and Management Science. Born and raised in India, she is extremely passionate about implementing existing technology in Third World countries such as India, Kenya, Bangladesh, etc. She believes in pushing the frontiers of technology in order to make it more feasible for everyone regardless of where they live. After having worked a lot with the disabled and under-privileged in India, she is inspired to direct her work towards their cause in her own way. As a part of the AITI team, she hopes to help the students have a better grasp on the material that the course covers and also help them to use technology more creatively. Aakriti's looking forward to an amazing time in Kenya!
