As founder and managing director I develop and managed a team to use systems thinking. And system dynamics simulation methods to solve complex problems. Systems thinking was used to understand problems and system dynamics simulations to find effective solutions. Applications varied form supply chain design to scenario simulations for energy, business opportunities and technology waves.
